A rough area or dig depth, or the drawings if you’ve got them. A ballpark figure beats a blank.
Photos
A handful of pictures of the site and the way in can save a long string of emails.
Spoil
If dug material can stay on the property, both how we work and what it costs will change.

Not always. Simpler jobs can often be priced from plans and photos, but sites with awkward access or a complicated scope are usually worth a visit first.
