What we collect
When you request a quote, you give us your name, phone number, email, the site address and a description of the job. That is all we ask for. Payment details are never requested through this site.
What we do with it
Your details are used to look at the job, put a quote together and keep in touch with you while the work is discussed or carried out. Your information is never sold, and it is not added to marketing lists.
Who else handles it
The quote form is delivered to our inbox by an outside form service. It passes your enquiry on to us and does nothing else with it.
How long it is kept
We hold enquiry details for as long as the quote or job is active, then for a sensible period after that so we can deal with any follow-up or warranty questions.
Seeing or changing your details
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can find out what we hold about you and have it corrected or removed. Use our contact form to ask, and we will get back to you.
